18. Osprey Tempest 20L Backpack
This Osprey 20L backpack is so comfy, so well designed, and overall fantastic that it’s a pack I’ll recommend every time. Although a little pricey, it’s well worth the $120 for the quality of the design. I’ve brought this on short 5 mile hikes and on longer 10 mile hikes, and no matter the distance or amount of time I spend with it on my back it’s still fairly comfortable.

20. Marmot JENA Puffy Jacket
I’ve had this Marmot puffer jacket for years, and I’m absolutely obsessed. While it’s definitely an investment, it’s been worth every penny because I wear it constantly. I originally chose the hoodless version, which has been great for layering under waterproof shells on rainy or snowy hikes without adding bulk.
That said, there are times I wish I had the version with the hood for extra neck warmth on its own. If she already has a solid outer shell, the hoodless version is perfect for layering; otherwise, the hooded option might be the better all-around choice. Either way, this jacket is a cozy, versatile gift she’ll love!
